Logo
The Satori logo was created to reflect the flash of sudden awareness and enlightenment that acompanies the individual enlightenment of Satori, the spiritual goal of Zen Buddhism.
Labels & Printing
The Satori labels were created first with Sumi-e ink on paper, then manipulating the scanned paintings in Adobe Illustrator and combining them with simple, minimalist typography. Labels were printed on recycled paper with colors corresponding to each of the three flavors: pomegranate raspberry, green tea lemon, and peach ginger.
