Student Work: Crafting User Experiences
The challenge for this four week sprint was to design a screen-based experience that teaches someone something in a series of steps. I chose to focus on helping home-cooking novices to master the tools in their kitchen.
Usability Testing
“The final screen could use something motivational to keep me engaged and use it again.”
“This would make more sense if it taught you how to use kitchen tools instead of focusing on seafood.”
“I didn’t know how to get started. I wouldn’t have known to click on the first step for a video.”
